Hi. I bought this new and it's only been out of the box once. I decided on another case but can't return this one as it's been opened. It's the Lifeproof Nuud case for the iPad mini and is dust proof, snow proof, rain proof, drop proof, and waterproof up to six feet in depth according to the Lifeproof web site. All ports and buttons are accessible and the shoulder strap is included. The case is $120 new from Lifeproof.
